What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, faulty item, or the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit. You have 14 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return, refund, or exchange process. 

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged
